DECA
There will be a meeting for students interested in DECA on Tuesday, October 15th before school at 7:10 AM in room B-7.  Sign up and information on this year's events and fund-raisers will be covered.  Anyone interested in being a local chapter officer should attend, or see Mr. DuPont if you are unable to attend the meeting.

CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Seniors interested in attending Central Michigan University can apply for FREE in the month of October.  Choose the "Pay Later" option when you submit your application online.

CAP AND GOWN-SENIORS
Thursday, October 17th & Friday, October 18th will be Cap and Gown order drop off during all lunches.  A representative will be here for any questions.

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
Meeting at 7:00 AM on Friday, October 11th, don't forget.

DRIVERS ED

The next segment I drivers ed class begins October 14 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in E9.  The class will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks.  Sign up sheets in office or with Mrs. Scott in E9 or Mrs. Nimagean in D2.  You can also go online and sign up at www.bedford.k12.mi.us and look under community ed and then drivers ed.  

There is another segment one starting in November from 4:30 to 6:30 PM and a segment 2 offered November 5, 6, 7 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 PM.

TUTORING
Tutoring has begun its second week of Mandatory Tutoring for Eligibility. Any questions, see Mrs. Mull in C7 or email at (pat.mull@mybedford.us).

BLOOD DRIVE
Student council will be hosting it's first blood drive of the year on October 17th. Sign ups will be during lunches this week. If you are 16 you will need parent permission to sign up- forms are available in A25 or at the sign up table. If you are 17 or older, you do not need parent permission and can sign up during your lunches.

RETAKE PICTURE DAY

Retake school picture day is Monday, October 14th.  Please remember to bring in your old picture packet.

FOOD TOWN

We are again collecting Food Town receipts.  Please save them and turn into the Main Office or put in the High School Box as you exit the store.  It will help your classrooms get supplies.
